Direct Primary Care removes the insurance middleman from routine primary care, creating a direct relationship between you and your physician.
Spend less time waiting and more time discussing your health with your physician.
Care decisions are based on your history, goals, concerns, and ongoing health needs.
Access wholesale pricing on many medications, outside labs, imaging, and other services.
We intentionally limit our patient panel so appointments can be more personal, communication can be easier, and care can focus on the person rather than the insurance process.
Our panel is intentionally capped at 600 patients to support stronger physician relationships.
Members can reach their physician through phone, text, email, telemedicine, and in-person care.
Straightforward monthly membership pricing with no co-pays or deductibles for included care.
Recognized locally and regionally for compassionate, attentive, high-quality family medicine.
From preventive visits to ongoing condition management, we provide relationship-based primary care for adults and families throughout Pooler, Savannah, and surrounding communities.
Routine checkups, annual physicals, age-appropriate screenings, health risk reviews, and personalized guidance to help you stay well.
Support for long-term conditions and timely evaluation of common illnesses, minor injuries, and changing health concerns.
Direct Primary Care combines the convenience of modern communication with the relationship and attention of old-fashioned family medicine.

Direct Primary Care is a membership-based healthcare model where patients pay their physician directly for a broad range of primary care services. It removes many insurance restrictions and supports more accessible, personalized care.
Membership includes routine primary care such as checkups, preventive care, chronic disease management, same-day or next-day appointments, basic in-office labs, and many office procedures.
Direct Primary Care is not health insurance. Many members keep a high-deductible or major medical plan for emergencies, hospitalization, specialist care, and services outside the practice.
Members may communicate directly through phone, text, email, video visits, and in-person appointments, including help when health concerns arise outside normal office hours.
“Patients value having more time to talk through concerns and feeling heard during appointments.”
“Members appreciate being able to contact their physician directly when questions or illnesses arise.”
“Transparent pricing helps families understand costs before choosing labs, medications, imaging, or procedures.”
“The practice is known throughout Pooler and Savannah for attentive, relationship-based family medicine.”
